@stickcult: It's called polarizing: one lens is filtered horizontal, the other vertical, allowing you to keep the picture full colour - something much better than having the glasses not look so dorky.

@Daisuash: Same. I'm still looking for a reason (and the cash) to get a new one. I'm surprised mine's lasted as long as it has, the way I treat it =/
