weird to write an article like this and not mention the reason cars made people a bit grumpy at the time: incredible rates of deaths.

you were forced to ‘veer into the left shoulder’
... you were clearly following too closely. is that not obvious? to you and every responder?
‘absolutely no reason’ or, uh, the reason is the stuff you literally record yourself saying.
i always think about this when i’m riding my bicycle and some douchebro in a truck buzzes me.
okay but...the gladiator is barely even out yet and it’s a very niche product. you have no idea what reliability will be like and let’s face it, it’s a FCA product. why is the frontier being cheap a bad thing? would it make you happy to pay more? it’s a simple, tough vehicle with an excellent record for reliability,…
this list is...pretty strange for something you spent so much time on. some of these vehicles aren’t really competing with each other, and i’m a bit curious about the guy who just automatically chooses a renegade over, uh, anything. frontier vs gladiator? really? you’re going to take a kona ev over a leaf? O.o
overlanding is great, and it’s cheap and easy. all these ridiculous mods like light bars, massive bumpers and tires are totally unnecessary. you’re not doing serious off roading in an overlanding rig because the car will usually be too big and too top heavy.
you’re strawmanning so hard i almost missed that your ‘solution’ is to just spend five figures on a fuckin RV and trailer setup. LOL
dm me your account info, so you can pay me to do your reading for you. i’ll be by to spoon feed you the analysis, don’t worry i’ll use small words.
the real problems with SUVs are obvious and information is readily available, i’ll leave you to your research.
yes of course, because sedans are exactly like SUVs. *thumbsup*
i think if you’re driving a pickup truck around you’ve made your peace with embarrassment.
‘how can we ban these monstrosities’
you’re still not getting it. “Everybody, follow the damn signs for your own safety!”
people died, bili. they’re still dying.
his efforts literally resulted in deaths so he could increase profits. i don’t know what definition of ‘evil’ that fails to achieve.
jay walking is massively safer in my experience, too. i had to actually give up on my multi-modal commuting style completely after nearly being hit by cars like a dozen times, always in cross walks with the right of way. often by drivers turning right on red lights.
predictably, on every one of these articles like half the commenters resolutely justify killing cyclists.
i can’t even remember the last time i saw a driver stop properly at a stop sign.
