Sucks to be in China?

Finally after 3 weeks of crap, Dorkly is back to the funny!

I have to agree that one of the big pluses, to me at least, of buying the Katamari games is the awesome soundtracks that come with them ;)

Thats true because I the disc drive and while it was really good i remember having to add a RAM cartridge to the system so that the games werent slow loading

I loved my C64 I used to type in the BASIC games which were cool. I had alot of the epyx games myself. My favorite game for the C64 was EA's Legacy Of The Ancients. I played it at 3 or 4 times. I also loved the Winter Games and Hit the Ice. My brother had Conflict in Vietnam which was a good sim but was hard as hell.

LOL you should have seen where I lived 3 years ago. After the gamestop consolidation the mall had 4 gamestops, and the shopping center outside the mall had one and there was another gamestop just a mile away... talk about overkill, since then they have closed 2 in the mall so now there only 4 in a 1 mile radius -_-

I kinda went through the same thing with the old Koei NES games I used to play. I had Romance of the Three kingdoms, Nobunagas Ambition, Bandit Kings Of Ancient China, and Genghis Khan and none of them had instructions. Once you figured out one game the rest kinda fell in place, at least for me they did

That was fucking awesome! I really wanna go back play it again. Hats off for that remake, I think I would definitely play a C64 version if it was availaable back then ;)

Forgive me for saying this but I'm not sure if this is a step for Kotaku or a step down for NYT. I could be wrong but I'm not buying the Times seeing videogames as relevant for the Arts but more as a way to gain more readers and keep the cash flowing. There's my cynical 2 cents
