Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has something similar with its Blade bonding system, only you can't buy Core Crystals with anything but the time required to get them.

No, they all need to BAN loot boxes, not disclose their odds. Odd disclosure does NOTHING about the psychologically manipulate and exploitative surprise mechanic that comes naturally with loot boxes for some people.
