I really liked the game for what it was - hell, it was my favorite game of 2016 for good reason, despite its flaws - but the thing that was about as heartbreaking to me as Luna dying, was Square Enix axing 75% of the 2nd round of the game’s DLC.

Might also have to do with the fact that the source code ain’t around anymore, plus Genesis devkits went away ages ago, so it’s not like they can natively make an updated version themselves. (Or maybe they still can. I dunno.)
