The ban only applies to commercial vehicles. Author could have done a better job, instead of blanket labelling all diesel-powered vehicles, could have been more specific that this applies to commercial fleets only.

This is a good example of a comment that sounds like a great solution, but also comes from a privileged position. I have a job where I can just stay home and work if the weather is bad. It is also a good job that provides me with enough money to buy things like snow tires. None of those things are true for the dude

I feel disgusting for having to agree with that piece of shit DeSantis but I actually agree with banning foreign entities from owning land / real estate within our boarders.
I’ve never heard a good reason for allowing this and as it stands there are so many vacant condo’s in Boston owned by foreigners as investments.

RWD pickup trucks - because they suck more than any other RWD cars since they have 0 weight in the back, but many people don’t get this until they get stuck in a ditch or spin out on the interstate while passing people like it’s a normal day... because they thought, “I’m in a truck, it will be fine in bad weather”

Often when I hear some high-flying businessman or politician shifting blame for a debacle to one of his advisors or other underlings, I want to say, “Jeez, who hired that idiot? Oh, yeah. You did.”

Man, where did he find that crooked mechanic... Angie’s List?

I don’t know how this works, but if they met the criteria for the crash safety tests at that time, then this should be more at fault with NHTSA?

Highways don’t cause food deserts, poverty does. Retailers focus on areas and neighborhoods where they expect to be profitable, period.  IF there’s money to be made, another gas station, mini-mart, pawn shop, liquor store, payday loan place, brewpub, coffee shop, organic grocery, yoga studio, doggie daycare, or auto

I’ve taught a LOT of people to drive stick, and I believe the best by far to be the Jeep Wrangler Tj. Plenty of torque, a long, forgiving clutch with good feedback, a low first gear, long, deliberate throws with a nice, re-affirming “click” into gear, they just make it very simple.

I mean, if “provides gender affirming care to trans children in consultation with a doctor” is sufficient evidence of abuse to take people’s children from them and throw them in jail, Cruz probably deserves the death penalty for this.

Want people to hate you and your message? Fuck with their personal property and run around destroying priceless artworks. The tactics these ding dong activists are using are only hurting the cause and giving climate change deniers something more to rally around. Just fucking stop.

Is it just me or are there some weird panel gaps up front? Can’t tell if the lights, bumper or both are out of alignment.

I would love to see the 2-series coupe come with a manual in all engine trims. That is the closest we will ever get to a traditional BMW sports coupe and the manual would be a huge benefit to enthusiast at all pricepoints, even in the lowest-powered Euro trims.

Not in production anymore, but I would love a manual Maserati GranTurismo.

Explorer ST, Bronco with the 2.7 Liter or better yet the Braptor.

Alfa Romeo 4C. It would have been an absolutely perfect driver’s car. And it would be in my driveway right now.

I can foresee this becoming the new 911R. They’ll all be bought up by speculators and flippers and will be almost immediately changing hands for well north of $500k. I’m sure they’re not cheap to build, but it’s a little weird they limited production so much.

I would guess at registration when you have to report your odometer. Since that’s typically annually, it’ll be easy to tell how many miles you drove.

$66k for a “blank slate” just reminds me that there are a lot of people with a lot more money than I have.

This is why you go to a “touchless” car wash, which is just a fancy power washer and soap sprayed at many different angles.
