But will it be fixed right the first time? Recently I took my JK in for an alignment and got an oil change while I was there. It still pulls left, and when I popped the hood when I got home, they forgot to put the oil filler cap back on.

Luxurious looking interior, I’m sure they’ll drive nice also. I could see my Dad buying a Wagoneer for his next truck rather than another Yukon. Biggest problem is the exterior looks absolutely nothing like the original classic Brooks Stevens designed Wagoneer. The D pillar and rear facia need a rethink.
Great article David. Those answers from Ford were pretty lame. He basically said if you want to go off road buy a Compass or Cherokee. His only decent point was people could have been in the wrong mode. That’s fair if it overheated because potentially they didn’t have the AWD in “locked” mode. However, that’s…
I don’t think you can call something with 2 solid axles a CUV.
True, but everyone seems to have gotten over the looks, especially since the facelift.
I was surprised when Jeep called the XJ Cherokee replacement “Liberty” then switched back to Cherokee. Also, I don’t get why everyone rags on Chevy for making the new Blazer a crossover, but Jeep gets a free pass for the current Cherokee being a CUV.

Good. Though I am very tired of people acting like cars are the only reason for climate change. Cars today are already very very clean. Why do coal/gas power plants, ocean ships, and planes all get a free pass? Updating those do not require adding charging stations all across the world (how many emissions are the…
I hear the people of Greece are asking Nissan to stop using the Titan name. The ALPA is asking Honda to stop using the Pilot name. The people of Colorado also really don’t like being associated with a mediocre Chevy.
Funny that they point out the ‘trombone’ to make the exhaust equal length. Does this mean the previous gen has unequal length pipes?
I think they should completely abandon the 100 and 200 series idea and let the Sequoia fill that void. They could make a Lexus version of the Sequoia also. The new Land Cruiser should be more like the FJ40 and compete with the Bronco and Wrangler.
“Nobody buys these to use offroad.”
I’m not well versed in the Cherokee, but no one seems to be making that comparison. I think there is a lot of overlap in price depending on trim/options. I can say the interior of the Cherokee looks way better than the Bronco Sport.
I’m surprised more journalists aren’t comparing this to a Subaru since they seem to be marketing it as the same type of “lifestyle” vehicle for mountain biking etc.
2. They use the 4.10 ratio with the diesel which has almost the same torque figure.
14 seems pretty optimistic. I got 14.5 for my last tank in my 3.6L JK.
So many questions.
