Shredded deseeded zucchini, mayo, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill. Mashed together and placed between two pillow soft pieces of white bread. Still my favorite appetizer.

We’re a family that cooks a lot, so condiments are always in demand. Walmart’s mayo and their light ranch dressing are among my two favorites now. I also just picked up a can of their roasted tomato salsa and I have to say I am indeed impressed.
Steak, no. But prime rib? Yes, please! Plus I really don’t feel like prepping an entire blooming onion as those can get kinda messy.
Crazy sauce with a side of italian cheesy bread is my go to order. I always order a side of gravy at KFC as well as Popeye’s.
There’s a another reason companies go through 3rd party recruiters other than saving time and resources. Plausible deniability.
We enjoyed this service a few years back because the fees and tips were usually equal to the time, gas and energy I would have expended to go get it myself. Now the fees are ridiculous.
I’d like to know how she contracted it in the first place. Is she refusing treatment because she has to be isolated? Have they sent her picture to casinos, restaurants, etc? Did they send her home because jails are already overcrowded?
Being injured, old or disabled doesn’t make someone lazy.
I started making my own salsa around a year ago and love it! I don’t need it to stick around in the fridge for more than a week though because I make enough to last me that long. I’d like to do the same for refrigerator pickles. Do you have a recipe for that which doesn’t involve canning? My biggest concern with that…
Having used my air fryer for 3 years on a pretty consistent basis, I’d say that other than veggies, raw anything usually doesn’t turn out well. If you cooked these in oil and let them cool and popped them in the freezer for later, the air fryer would be a great way to heat up a couple and have them come out golden and…
Do you have any recommendations regarding UV window tint/covering? I park my car in the garage, but we’re about to take a road trip out west and I have a feeling we’re going to appreciate any and all help keeping the inside of the car cooler.
So pressure can kill them in seconds but running out of oxygen would put them to sleep initially, right? Eventually they would die. Either way, it sounds like they aren’t coming home alive. So sad.
Where I live, we have a BBQ restaurant called Rudy’s. They do the exact same thing with their leftover brisket. Makes for a great sandwich or breakfast taco.
When is part two supposed to come out?
Cabbage, believe it or not, is a great filler for ground beef casseroles. I’m not vegan OR vegetarian, but I can sub an entire bag of cabbage (the coleslaw kind) for up to 1 lb of ground beef in a casserole that calls for 2. It cooks down wonderfully and it takes on the flavor of the ingredients around it. Check out…
Butter lettuce AKA bibb lettuce is usually found in asian restaurants served with lettuce wraps. It’s soft and just the right size for a lettuce taco, if you will. IMO, it has more flavor than regular lettuce. Iceberg has extra crunch while butter lettuce is more soft, tender, and unique sweetness.
I have started cutting the meat I use in recipes in half, to see if we’d really miss it. 1/2 lb ground chuck in hamburger helper/sloppy joes. 1/2 ground chuck and 1 can of refried beans in tacos/enchiladas. So long as there is plenty of spices or sauce, we really don’t miss it.
Interesting fact. If you plant a coriander seed, you’ll get cilantro. If you grind coriander seed, they taste nothing like cilantro. If you visit other countries, it usually goes by the name coriander leaf.
I used to use Door Dash, but the fees became so bad, I stopped using them over a year ago. I can’t think of any restaurant in my delivery area I want food from so bad, that I would pay 50% more than the amount I ordered in fees and tip.
