The name “Starlink” is a bit uninspired for what it is. Sounds like EarthLink.

so they’ve been successful, why does that mean that we stop protecting wildlife and allow tiny dicked morons to start murdering bears again? I feel like we should just keep going, 700 bears is not a huge number. imagine there were only 700 humans left and suddenly it’s ok to murder people just for fun

Except, per the article, the movie includes a bunch of modern-day references as well, like characters from Overwatch, Injustice, and Halo. The creators of the movie very purposefully opened up the pop culture window beyond Halliday’s particular interests and the things relating specifically the the Egg. They went out

Here is a sneak peak of JPP in a Bucs jersey:

Nah. Snopes says this is false. Michael B Jordan is perfect.

Actually, it suggests to me that if you can’t get a first-rounder, may as well just grab a longshot in the fourth or fifth round.

That Sunday night look from D’Antoni is a travesty. I thought West Virginia only existed because the natives didn’t want to wear grey coats?

-1 point for no direct reference to House if Pain.

Does Lesley Stahl have to choke a B....!?

Black Panther’s new suit kind of pissed me off. All that Vibranium didn’t just cover his body, but it had all sorts of pre-programmed aesthetic designs built in. And it was all contained in the necklace? Get out of here. It’s weird to say given that no part of that movie was grounded in reality but the suit thing

Avengers (4): Soul Train?

What if... IT WAS EARTH ALL ALONG!!!!???

I dunno, it would be somewhat interesting to instead focus on a lesser-known great war like the Russian or Chinese Civil War, Second Sino-Japanese War, or Second Congo War.

TIMEY WIMEY!

The writer should be smart enough to downplay it in the story and write “fast food” (do we really care if it’s Taco Bell, Wendy’s or Burger King? I don’t) instead of Wendy’s and the headline writer should be smart enough to be vague and not set off a Google alert.

Or, an even wilder thought, don’t make clickbaity headlines at all in the first place regardless of whether a sponsor is involved or not.

But the issue was eating unhealthy food. Not specifically Wendy’s. It seems unnecessarily specfic to mention wendy’s by name. He could have probably switched to a healthier version of something at wendy’s and been fine.

See, I think if they left Wendy’s in the article, it’s still honest reporting. Naming Wendy’s in the headline was unnecessary and shouldn’t have been done in the first place.

My favorite joke that was made was that the only two white guys in the movie are Martin Freeman, who played Bilbo Baggins, and Andy Serkis who played Gollum, making them the Tolkien white guys.
