And most guys who tune their STs will just slap a turbo on and get near 400 bhp out of the 2.0. Albeit, you can't just slap a turbo on without upgrading clutch, etc.

Regardless, Ford's turbo motors don't lag. Most twin turbo modern 6-cylinder motors don't lag like crazy.
