My advice would be to take the car back in to the subaru dealer and say it’s acting up again. If they say they can’t work on it, ask them to at least provide you with a work order stating your complaint on the vehicle. At least that way, you have definite proof that you went to the service shop for the same issue.
I dealt with a very similar issue with my Focus ST. It took a lemon law suit to get some sort of action on there part.
The next step is to crash your WRX through the dealer’s showrooom.
