I understand why they didn’t do it, but in-universe, it doesn’t make a lot of sense for Frank Castle NOT to show up when Fisk is transported out of prison.

In regards to Dex’s minor record being sealed... I’m pretty sure (or hopeful) that the FBI screening process would be more thorough than a Stormtrooper’s “if the door is locked, move on to the next” approach.

When Matt’s Dad went against orders and won his last fight, he had bet what was construed to be a considerable amount of money on himself and directed someone (but not Maggie) to stow it away. Assuming the orphanage didn’t appropriate that money (unlikely) and Matt had a full ride in college (plausible but?) maybe…

Julie was not killed for knowing too much, and she wasn’t fridged in the assumed tradition; Julie was killed because she had the power to defuse Dex just as Fisk was developing him into the weapon he so desperately needed.
