I had followed the NFL for most of my life. I can’t help but see it as gladiatorial games now. A cruel distraction for the benefit of the wealthy that have pretty much taken all control of our country.

I remember the same trend with Teslas for a decade. The tolerance threshold is much higher for early adopters
As we’ve learned, in America you can be terrible and still win.
It is early adaptors (or really anyone) wanting to be right about their decisions. Then when you go to something that costs this much, people really double down and don’t want to admit that something they bought isn’t really that great. Look at Tesla owners, especially early adopters for this in spades.
How much stock you holdin’?
I don’t think you understand how depreciation works. It’s a nice effort, I’ll give you that. But when a vehicle was originally sold for an amount and then sells again for a different amount, those are the numbers that matter. Do you think you’ll be able to sell that brand new $80k CT for $75k next year? Lol go ahead…
Removing windows to see your impending death when Elon’s system fails is also way to save money.
These guys are money pimps. They don’t know, or care to know, how the auto industry works. They just want to generate churn in auto stock values. They don’t even care if it’s up or down, because they can make money either way.
That’s the most accurate photo of the Cyberturd I’ve ever seen.
Seriously. I way considerably more than 160lbs. My kid brothers are both over 6ft 300lbs at this point. Any of us would violate the warranty on the hitch by stepping on it once. That's insane.
A vertical weight limit for something like a hitch-mounted bike rack could potentially stress different components than a trailer since all of the weight is on the hitch without any wheels of its own to distribute the weight
Because there are few other EV trucks, and most of the people who buy a truck for truck things aren’t going to buy and EV.
“10/10 Still highly recommend!"
I dare to bet, after those troubles and problems, they still gonna end it with “still love the Cybertruck though”
I’ll bet money these guys have to be rescued by people in real trucks at some point.
Some states charge property taxes on vehicles as well as homes. Pissed me RIGHT off when I got slammed with that one in a couple of mid-southern states that squeal about their low income taxes (and then tax everything in sight).
For one, my house’s electrical system is 65 years old and would need to be completely redone to install an electrical charger. For two, it wouldn’t necessarily be any cheaper to operate (I considered buying a Mazda CX-90 PHEV, and calculated that for the cost of electricity combined with the EV only range and battery…
For me, I just don’t see the value proposition at this point in time. My current commute is <25 miles round trip, my commuter car gets up to 40 mpg highway, and it has very low maintenance costs. An EV wouldn’t actually be “cheaper to own” once I factored in the higher cost to buy, higher property taxes, higher…
Rookie Mistake.
