Bruce Banner, anybody?

NO! I was so attached to her compelling performance in Doctor Strange!! What gravtias, what depth!! You really felt for her, and who can forget that most memorable quote, when she goes

And look at Sicarrio. That script is really pretty basic. In the hands of a lesser director and lesser actors, that could have been a heaping pile of schlock and not the stunning movie it became.

Legion has positioned itself as one of the most dynamic, intriguing, and complicated shows on television.

I find that there’s nothing quite as hilarious as Mads Mikkelsen casually delivering lines about long, slow natural deaths. I wish we’d had more of this in the movie

Agree on every point. I never get tired of the third movie, and I think I’ve only ever watched the second movie twice. Once in the theater, and once when it came out.

Now that’s how you make a super bowl teaser.

Best thing I’ve watched all day!!!

So is the new monster that big? Because it looked like it could have been a Will nightmare sequence.

Nice to get official Eleven survival confirmation.

I don’t know anything about it, but Ninjago seems to be pretty popular amongst its target audience. This will be the seventh year in a row we’ve gotten Lego sets in the Ninjago range, so it must be doing something right.

That’s actually part of the deal with Nya, she is irritated everyone tends to overlook her because she’s a girl, thus the mysterious Red Samurai persona she creates.

okay but like this one is spun off from a product explicitly marketed to 10 year old boys

I’d still kinda like to see Hugh Jackman in Deadpool...but not Wolverine. I think a movie where Deadpool grabs the actual Hugh Jackman and drags him into the action, probably getting him killed in the process, would be awesome.

So was young Rae Sloane in that episode of Rebels where the ghost crew blast through her ship to escape Geonosis?

I’m with you there. A couple of people have recommended that the audiobooks are not nearly as jarring; Wendig’s present-tense barely-more-than-a-fragment sentences work better when spoken than read, the story goes. I figure it’s as good an excuse as any to sign up to Audible, or similar ...

Lost Stars was great. I know folks definitely have death star fatigue at this point, but it should be it’s own spin off movie (or series.)

I couldn’t agree with you more on that one. She definitely deserves to be put in the total spotlight in something like that. She was a stand out new character in A New Dawn, and from there has just been making the right sort of waves in the Star Wars Universe.

I keep trying to add more than one star to this post, but Kinja won’t let me. I’d like to report a bug, please.

The heartwarming Hobbit trilogy reunion:

Ian didnt actually die in the novel though. He was presumed dead but returns in The Lost World miraculously.
