Loads of people are reporting on this as if it’s breaking news, or just misreading the news in general. I had no clue about it until a few days ago, but that doesn’t change the news has been out there since 2015.

In all seriousness, plenty of us care about it. I didn’t like the concept at first, but I watched it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Just because you don’t care about it doesn’t mean the rest of us can’t.

It is sneaky! To be fair, I had no idea the multiplier dealt with EXP *after* you earned it, so I didn’t fully utilize hotels and such until the end of the game. I’m so used to games where the bonus multipliers are after waking up, taking the item, etc. Sigh. Oh well.

How far into the game are you? Don’t want to spoil anything if not very far.
