Boba Fett wasn’t in A New Hope. That’s what this is the anniversary of.

She ain’t even going to reply to his texts I bet. Ezra got straight up Ghosted.

The episode was good, but I felt like they rushed the emotional conclusion. Without the rest of the crew present, the decision to leave lacked emotional impact. Sabine and Ezra didn’t even really interact as she told them her decision.

Honestly, I just wanted an excuse to talk about how little she ever looks like Logan.

Stranger Things certainly pays enough homages to Stephen King, it makes sense for King to reclaim something :-)

I wish I was able to respond earlier and head you off at the pass because I also made this mistake. The only X-23 I ever saw was in the comics and I too thought she was Asian. She is not. It’s understandable if you only saw this and thought so:

And yet, go look at every illustration of her. It’s one of the weirder things in comics because it’s never brought up.

Which is why I note that it doesn’t make a lick of sense and want to know what people think.

They should just add that clause to every single sentence about the show.

Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) starts to have visions of Savitar, which he hides from the team.

What other giant monster could that possibly herald, I wonder?

That tl, dr of yours also means you missed the fact he talks about the only two relationships that do have consequence as far as choosing. Also it’s connections to rl psychological issues involving intimacy and commitment. Here, I’ll help get your foot out your mouth. It’s okay, we’ve all been there.

After the passing of Kenny Baker last year, you’d be forgiven for assuming that Lucasfilm and Disney would go the all-robot (or part-robot-part-CGI) route for the rest of R2-D2’s movies appearances. Instead, the role has gone to Jimmy Vee (Doctor Who).

Well, that totally makes up for foreclosing on old ladies.

This is The Darkest Timeline. Everyone grab your goatees.

Mm-hmm, sounds like Star Wars fans during the prequels. I think I saw every one of them at Ep 7.

I don’t think Civil War was that disappointing (I was far more let down by Age of Ultron) and the saving grace was what Fiege spoke about needing to break up the team to make Infinity War’s stakes higher, which I’m a fan of.

I had no idea there was a protagonist in the X-Wing simulator (probably my favorite game ever ever ever).

It’s a fantastic scenario for Lucasfilm/Disney, because unlike Marvel, the EU is no longer a going concern. When they cleared the table, they gave themselves a 35-year toybox that itself doesn’t have to be nurtured anymore. Marvel is a bit hamstrung because, while the comics now serve the cinematic universe, the

Something that’s been clear to me for a while is that Disney, perhaps learning from Marvel, is treating the old EU like Marvel’s movies treat the comics: as a source of stories that they can strip-mine anything useful out of, but not have to feel in any way constrained by.
