Fuck this company. I used that power train warranty right up until 100k. If they want to move cars, they need to make vehicles that are better than the competition for the same price, period.
When I think of comprehensive warranty, I think of items like power windows stop working, or the heater heats. Items that should be working, but when they aren't the engine is still able to drive the vehicle, thus a working power train. But when the vehicle is inoperable because something that the engine requires to…
Saw this thing on Hardcore Pawn. They didn't buy it, too pricey, but really cool.
It was a crappy problem in the first place. One of the problems with the powertrain warranty, it didn't really cover much. Basically the engine block and transmission internals. Stuff that is completely necessary for the powertrain to do its thing? Nope. Not the alternator, not the throttle body, not the water…
With regard to every single person I know that bought a Hyundai in recent times, the overall deciding factor was the warranty.
Probably very few. You'd be surprised how little the warranty actually covers. I have a 2011 GMC Acadia, and at 25,000 the AWD system failed. Despite clearly being part of the power-train,... it wasn't covered by the power-train warranty. I had to pay through the nose to have it fixed.
I bet doing this won't sell cars either.
That was cute, but even after seven years this one is still the king:
*Commences furious Googling...*
I'm sure they'd be happy to replace it for around the cost of a new 7-series.
I'm legitimately in tears right now.
Please post a pic of a $20k sedan with an interior similar to that Bentley.
Don't let the GTC fool you. Most Bentleys are kept for a long-ass time.
The Porsche is probably most of a thousand pounds less, and mid-engined... and still has most of 400 horsepower.
RIP in peace...ill remember that when I am at the ATM machine, or jotting down a VIN number.
I can't trust anyone who writes "RIP In Peace".
RIP in peace? Rest In Peace, in peace?
Fine, but the 2001 911 had it. http://press.porsche.com/archive/produc…
Traction control existed in 2001. My 2002 GTI has traction control.
