I'm originally from Michigan, so I can sympathize - although add in a bunch of classist/racist shit about being "born in a war zone."

Well, I don't know about that. Certainly there's an element of trying to prove you "made" it to the people back home, but there are an awful lot of born New Yorkers who bitch about transplants taking over their city to drive rent prices up.
Well, if nothing else, Chicagoans are good at being glib.
I LOVE YOU PEQUODS
One headline aside, yes I am. Yes I absolutely fucking am.
Look, I love New York. Every once in awhile I think about moving back. But I have never, ever heard Chicagoans talk about New York as much as New Yorkers bash Chicagoans. Although, I suppose it helps that most of the people I know here have lived in New York…
Haha, what's funny is that I usually hear that from non-Chicagoans! I'm a transplant, who mostly associates with other transplants, so maybe it's different.
Oh, I don't think there's any rivalry at all between New York and Chicago. They're incredibly different cities, and their residents live in each for different reasons. I am mostly commenting on how baffling it is that New Yorkers always have this weird habit of putting down smaller cities.
redact whoops
Except nobody here does that? Seriously, the city of Chicago does not give one shit about New York. I am far from the only ex-New Yorker I know living here - everyone of us has tried it and has said, "nope, not for us." I keep up on New York politics out of habit, but whenever I try to talk about them with Chicagoans,…
As a former New Yorker turned Chicagoan, I find it weird how obsessed the former is with proving superiority over the latter.
Hardy har har.
Because they are not an authorized buyer. Lelo is incredibly protective of their brand (far more so than even the other "luxury" brands) and have a very short list of shops that they will sell to. They are adamant on not selling their products below wholesale price, because they want to maintain exclusivity. They…
Huh, well. I'm not sure how your supplier came across yours, but the Mona 2 is too new to be on clearance and the wholesale price is more than you paid for yours. Interesting.
That's a counterfeit. The manufacturing price of the Mona 2 is about $90.

Lelo has kind of a shoddy registration system, but they are a pain in the ass for the warranty. If you send it back and they find you with a counterfeit (registration codes can be duplicated) you're shit out of luck.
In my opinion, the Magic Wand beats the pants off of any other vibrator (no pun intended), and I get paid to review sex toys.
Amazon sells counterfeits.
If you like the Form 2, look for the Rianne Matroyshka. They're a little-known brand, but the vibration is really similar to the Forms, and they're a completely different shape. I have both and they're some of my favorites.
