There are quite a few states where any concentrate whatsoever (i.e. the filling of a vape pen) is a felony. Dude in Texas is serving years for a vape pen. Fucking Mississippi is mandatory years for possession of .1 gram of concentrate. Know the laws and don't visit the south!

There are many liquid concentrates for vape pens. In some states they're cut with glycol but at least in Oregon they have to be 100% oil with no fillers. It's usually a co2 extract around 40-50% thc.
