"Survivor Type" by Stephen King
It's The Jaunt. I f0und it by searching on a phrase the kid shrieked and which still sticks with me - "Longer than you think!"
A lot of Stephen King's original short story collections really freaked me out when I was younger. Which one was the story about the teleportation where the kid stays awake instead of taking the sedative? I always felt that was treading into HP Lovecraft "the space between spaces" type of horror.
Bomb 20 from Dark Star
Reasons 11-100:
Watch the show for Fitz. He is killing it this season.
Gif party huh? Tell me more.
Im always super bad at these but here we go...
"33", Battlestar Galactica.
In the immortal words of Jayne Cobb: "I'll be in my bunk..."
Yeah. Working actor since the 1950s. Legendary tv show. Movies. Broadway. Respect of his peers. Rich as Croesus off tv commercials. I'm sure Mr Shatner spends long winter nights worrying about the occasional Star Trek fan not liking him.
Fox Mulder, not exactly killed, but as soon as he left, the X files sucked. I stop caring about the characters plight. I need to find my sister. My real father is Cancer Man. I am in love with Sculley.
Technically the movie but Wash in "Serenity"
Ooooh Wicked.
I love it
The novelization had a better ending than the miniseries. The sequel books were also far superior to the TV series.
Battlestar Galactica: Episode 1, "33"
starting (reboot) doctor who with the 11th doctor is a TERRIBLE idea...why would anyone want to deprive themselves from the awesomeness that is david tennant, or even christopher eccleston? Plus, Donna motherfucking Noble!
He almost makes you believe that sheer force of will and greater brutality than the criminals is needed because the evil must be punished.
