Based on experience in Europe. What I was meaning is that the manufacturers but the stalks on the ‘inboard’ side, so when the wheel swaps, they effectively change side to outboard?

It is more a manufacturer thing, but the indicator stalks seem to be swapped too - Toyota and the other Japanese makers (right hand drive) seem to put them on the left of the steering wheel. Cars from left hand driver market manufacturers seem to have them on the right?
