The Germans have a word for everything, and when they don’t, they just write a sentence explaining what it does, and remove all the spaces.

Of course it has a name.... it’s German.

Right... because driving and then stopping has 2 very distinct scenarios where the system can tell if you’re testing?
But a normal ABS module might not work right on a Tesla, because they use regenerative braking (charging the battery by slowing the car down) most of the time, and the brake pads are only used for really hard braking.
It was the ABS, though - the update was to ABS firmware. Here’s the thing, though - we’ve had ABS for a looong time. ABS is one of those things Tesla should be buying from and getting dialed by one of the big suppliers, who’ve been doing it for a long time. It’s possible that other car makers run into that sort of…
Well considering it WAS the ABS that was adjusted, it makes perfect sense. It’s like they didn’t calibrate it properly in the first place.

Photographers just don’t know how to pose models with cars, wedge-shaped cars in particular. Bonus, the video shows how to get into the Lancia Stratos HF Zero. With a helmet, which I’m 99% sure wouldn’t fit once you tried to close the canopy.
It looks crazy from the front. It looks unrecognizable as a car from the back.
How do you see what’s behind you? Do you just turn and pray?
From everyone, thanks for doing Raph’s work for him.
