Great video and some really good techniques...some of which I’ve unknowingly used myself in the past. I find I’ve been subconsciously using the deep breathing technique (aka, “deep, cleansing breaths”) on a daily basis—even when I’m not stressed. I think the new 6 is a stunning-looking car, but I am unimpressed by the lack of a 6 cylinder or turbo-4 power plant offering. Although their gas mileage is great, 184 some-odd horsepower in anything larger than a Mini or some other go kart-sized vehicle is thoroughly disappointing.
