So in other words, Trump was right, except that the suggestion that Cummings had the constitution or clout to actually make Baltimore a livable city was giving him too much credit.

Dude, this wasn’t out of the blue.  He attacked Cummings because of the investigation of Trump that Cummings is involved in, and he attacked Sharpton because Sharpton injected himself into the story and is a world-class piece of shit and therefore easy target.
