While positive, you have to be careful with these citizen advisory board. The one they formed in my city was full of “citizens” who were retired cops. I think maybe 2 people on the board do not come from careers in law enforcement.

We had the most infuriating conversation about that in my law school property class. There were people who tried to argue that the Rondo neighborhood only got demolished because that made 94 a straight shot. Right. That’s definitely it. Certainly no other reason.

“*flipping through wad of cash* Hm? Another one of our officers shot another a no-name negro? Psh, just tell the public he feared for his life and his shooting was justified. Oh? He had no weapons?
