The 4:10 song is Silverchair's "Abuse Me". It's no "Tomorrow."

For some charity event or commercial or something, they had some fishing line between the pegs to guarantee the chip would fall in the center slot. Then before next real taping, they forgot to remove the fishing line. The contestant won a lot of money before they realized what happened and had to reshoot the whole

Even if, say, they made the red rat super fast, how would they stop a contestant from picking it? (Or alternately, force a contestant to pick it?)

The prototype for my board game Druid Dice arrives in the mail today! I'll likely be playing that this weekend, along with working on another game of mine for a game design contest. The game involves building a tower out of cards and dice to defend against an incoming giant irradiated monster. Should be fun stuff. :)

Those of you who have not yet sought out Alex Trebek's "Malcolm" pilot… do it. If not for me, for Mr. Teti. If not for him, for me.

This is my first weekend in a while that I'm not exhibiting my games at a convention (after last weekend's Connecticut Festival of Indie Games and the previous weekend's Boston one), and I've got ideas swimming around my head for an upcoming game design contest - I may be working on that new game or my other

The bad: My wife and I are still watching through Psych (partway through Season 5) and we won't get to finish it at this rate.

This weekend I'll be at the Connecticut Festival of Indie Games after having been at last weekend's Boston Festival of Indie Games. We had a good time showing our family/party game Plus Word last weekend in the Tabletop Showcase, getting one of our best sales days ever and getting to show the game to dozens and dozens

It's very weird… when going into TV mode, regardless of what it's attached to, it attempts a channel search and it errors out without finding anything or allowing any input besides turning the TV off. I've reported it to the TV's manufacturer a few times, they've never seen anything like it and after a little

I'm in the slim minority of people for whom this may actually be nice. Our TV doesn't accept antennas and we don't pay for cable, but we do have an AppleTV. My wife is in fact a Bills fan, so this is sort of perfect.

Thanks! I'd be happy to regale!

I'll be playing a LOT of Plus Word at the Boston Festival of Indie Games this weekend - since I'm exhibiting at the Tabletop Showcase there all day Saturday! The festival has large presences for both digital and tabletop, and it's purely indie - so tons of opportunity for discovery! I'm a little sad I'll be

I'm going to be doing some board game playtesting for some games of ours. We're entering our ASCII Roguelike-inspired Queen's Quest into a game design contest next week, and we're getting some last minute plays in to make sure everything's as great as it should be. I haven't seen something themed like this before in

Can't we just get beyond Thunderdome?

I know, right?

The two were surprisingly fun to watch on Pyramid, even though they didn't really interact directly.
