JAR!
JAR!
I will never tire of Schmidt's fashion-oriented idiosyncrasies.
I just like that they keep finding reasons to make him shirtless. I've loved Rupert Friend since Joe Wright's Pride & Prejudice.
Surely I'm not the only one who'd happily work for the AV Club in exchange for early viewings and Red Vines…
All summed up in that one line:
Carrie is a master manipulator. It comes easily to her, but she doesn't pretend it doesn't please her immensely when she gets her way. After starting off with such an adversarial relationship, she has begun to understand that Quinn can be talked into anything if she just asks the right way. I'm not trying to say she…
I liked the shirtless pics, and not just because of his micronipples, but because it calls back to season 1 when he went shirtless as often as possible, for no reason at all, other than to display his own vanity.
I'm still finding it a bit unsettling. I'd give her a sidesweep, not that vaguely center-parted thing that seems to be happening.
I would watch an entire episode of Jess responding to flattery/flirting with guys. She's just so adorably bad at it, but always sells it 100%.
He finally drew the line at the badger.
"In fact, Nick would prefer to eat his crackers there.)"
And the fact that we actually hear "Where Have All The Cowboys Gone" in the background turns it from an offhand joke to An Actual Joke.
I mean…they did fly his body back in a casket, so it seems that he is actually dead.
Dar Adal, actually, not Saul
Whaat? When did this happen?
Radio Flyer, man. That movie destroyed me when I was a kid.
Clouds in the sky was my interpretation…
The cut to Gretchen spraying her legs clean made me laugh so goddamned hard I had to pause the show. Sour face and Gretchen with the whale/map pillows tied for second place. What a fantastic finale.
I was thinking Gambino, as well, but I wasn't familiar with TTC. Just read up on him, though, and the homophobia storyline seems to come directly from TTC. The actor certainly looks like Glover, though.
Seems to me FX will need it to fill airtime once Justified and Sons of Anarchy end. Hopefully that will buy The Bridge some more time.
