Honestly, I’m both delighted and saddened by this news. On one hand, we get an affordable hot hatch with super car performance tech. On the other, it means that the GTI is abandoning it’s old regular combustion engine heritage.

I say it has to be around the NP or CP line, which is 5K. At least, that’s how low it would have to go before it gets taken seriously as choice in my opinion.
