imo it’s sad on any vehicle.

I wasn’t allowed to get my license until I could buy my own car and pay for my own insurance. I did take driver’s ed, but I didn’t have a lot of experience with all the nuances of cars.

Agreed, but “driving recklessly” is ambiguous. it could mean any number of things, some of them that could easily lead to losing control of the vehicle and hitting a parked car. 

I thought the same thing. The reckless driver responded to lights by driving more recklessly and hitting a parked car - something that seems like they could have done with or without the police there.

Or they stop behind the line for the red light and immediately start creeping forward, waiting for the light to turn green and they’re halfway into the intersection when it does. 

You’re paying for the convenience of not having to buy the ingredients to make yourself, and having it served to you where you don’t have to do any prep or clean-up.

You are not the only person on the road and other drivers cannot read your mind. Use your indicators to let people know when you are turning and changing lanes. Stay in your lane during a turn on multilane roads.

Maybe I haven’t considered this well enough, but if a child is so young that you have to worry about them choking instead of chewing and swallowing, maybe they shouldn’t be given candy?
