4Motion is not Quattro. Completely different systems. Haldex vs Torsen. At least it used to be. Now with the MBQ architecture they are interchangeable it seems (i.e. A3).

You typically don’t get a loaner car under their warranty program. In fact, they only offer each dealer X number of days for rental car coverage that the dealer then uses at their discretion. Once they exceed that number the customer is on their own for replacement transportation.
