Haha. It was 1985 and I believe it was my parents first new car. Optional extras consisted of the glorious 3spd automatic, AC, and the mid-level sound system (full logic cassette and DOLBY... ohhhhh).

Just posted with the exact same memory.
Umm... try the freaking voice activated features
Step 1: Walk calmly to shed or garage and get the gas container used to fill said mower
Just let that snake slither in front of my lawnmower. Or ever come close. Snake guts flung far and wide and a smile on my face.
Well Jesus Fucking Christ was that really fucking necessary?
Is there any wildlife in Australia that WON’T kill you just as soon as look at you? Goddamn I hate snakes. Ughghgh *shiver*
I can’t think of a worse presenter. Jay Leno? Really? It takes more than a love of cars to make an interesting program.
Jesus CHRIST! I never thought I’d see it. The re-incarnation of the 1978 Lincoln Continental Mark V Diamond Jubilee Edition.
... I said nothing about not being able to find a manual wagon. I said there were no manual 95 wagons within 1500 miles of Boston.
Well goddamn it... another hour of my life waisted courtesy of these articles. Rest assured there are no 95 wagons with a stick within 1,500 miles of Boston. Fuck.
The cabin held up amazingly well. Everything is as it should be. Kudos to Audi for designing a car that can take that amount of abuse and keep the driver safe.
STOP IT. Please for the love of all things holy just stop it. I can't take any more. Awesomeness overload has been achieved.
Having had my 6'2" 205lb body residing in the drivers seat for just over 30,000 miles I can say this about the seats: they loosen up. The drivers seat has molded to my dimensions and the seats fit VERY well at this point (though I noticed improved comfort at around 5-6k).
To each his own when it comes to personal…
The ski season is still in full swing! Hell, Smuggs got 15" of snow this past week!
Do yourself favor, watch Airwolf. All will become clear in the Pilot Episode. Still watch this every so often.
Back to the Futre. Marty returns to a much more desirable home and Biff is out in the driveway just starting the second coat on the BMW.
When people see the name Recaro on a seat, they just assume they're fantastic, but the Focus ST is supremely uncomfortable. MyFordTouch stinks and the whole interior is kind of crap. It's fun to drive, but it feels huge compared to the Fiesta ST or even the GTI.
Frontline (PBS) did a bunch of reports on this very subject back in the fall: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/fro…
