Judging by Steam hardware surveys, that’s not true at all. The majority of PC gamers use Intel and Nvidia hardware. AMD-sponsored games tend to be disadvantageous to both Intel and Nvidia users, which means AMD-sponsorship is a negative for most PC gamers.

I don’t know how you could put Link’s Awakening second from the bottom and a remake of Link’s Awakening third from the top. And while I love the remake, as far as aesthetics go, I cannot get past Link’s beady little rat eyes.

im over here loving the spritework of Links Awakening and the Oracle games, and as much as I love stylized graphics, i’d have put skyward lower. Twilight Princess also looks meh to me.

Regardless of the competition, what Spiderverse accomplished here is pretty impressive: it’s very rare for a movie to reclaim the #1 spot after losing it, let along during the crowded summer season, and especially not after nearly a month of release.

How sure are we that that’s even the reason? What was the last DCEU movie to make real money? BvS? The ones from the post-pandemic era have been busts. Gunn’s suicide squad made like 200M, Birds of Prey around the same. Black Adam cracked 300M. Shazam made 133 M worldwide, HUGE bust.

Come on, who hasn’t pulled a heart of someone’s chest with their bare hands? The difficult part is to have the heart still beating once it’s out of the chest.

This was filed end of day Friday, and after playing 10-15 more hours of Final Fantasy XVI over the weekend I’m more convinced than ever that:

1.) Purely on a vibes basis it’s the most FF-feeling FF since FFIX. There’s just so many old-school callbacks.
