This looks really intriguing, but I’m curious to see how an online shooter functions and looks on Switch. The Doom and Wolfenstein ports are apparently really impressive, but the single player nature and lots of corridor environments probably streamlined a lot of issues.

What the fuck, not a single Diamond Joe Biden post? Those were the best part of an already solid eight years of that presidency. I expected better.

Maybe I'd have better luck by skipping the first one, I hear the sequel is fantastic. Didn't they recently officially patch the game with additional story content?

I’ve tried for years to go back to KOTOR 1 & 2 - I’d played through some of the first game back when it came out but fell off for some reason, but since I love Star Wars, RPGs, and Bioware, I’ve always felt a bit of guilt / FOMO for never truly playing these. However, people forget just how janky they are all these

*that one FFXIII sad piano song used in every scene starts playing*

Giving half a shit about the product’s design would be a great start, especially strange considering the S8/9 are gorgeous phones. This looks like a $50 bargain bin knockoff tablet, not a $700 (another big wtf issue) premium product.

Well yeah, but if ‘done and free’ are the only criteria for game releases I think that’s a low bar. I didn’t think I had to mention ‘official release with a high level of polish, online support, and I can play it on Switch’.

“We’ve got awhile before Star Wars: Episode IV begins to manifest itself...”

Zelda Maker, Metroid Maker...only the stuff of dreams, unfortunately.

My love for Mario Maker was greatly tempered by the frustration of using the Wii U’s slow, clunky hardware. If they put it on Switch, I’ll buy it day one and never put it down.

I mean, if Michael Jordan isn’t already taking notes from Space Jam on using a magical basketball to steal the skills and life force from younger players in order to be the best forever, Lebron should definitely look into it.

I agree, and to be fair I haven’t ventured into the EU in a while, but as with a lot of old sci-fi of the time she was generally depicted in images / comics very sexually as a sort of femme fatale, which I’d guess is the main part of her character that they’d want to retain.

You write like a mindless cliche who contributes nothing to the world, yet demands everything for yourself. If you’re going to be a little shit, at least try to be creative with it, otherwise you're just wasting everyone's time.

So to the oddly high number of comments here claiming that we should just let these ‘amateur filmmakers’ have a chance at achieving their dream and that we’re all cynical shits for mocking them...what? This would be way different if this was an honest attempt by passionate fans to create their own fan film as a labor

Out of curiosity, are people that excited for the NES Classic now that the SNES Classic has been available? I’m much happier with the SNES library than I would be with NES games, but there’s still been more excitement about the rerelease than I expected.

Same thought here. For being one of the wealthiest and most “innovative” tech giants, they sure do have a hard time making a decent messaging app and sticking with it long enough for anyone to remember it exists.

I’ve been very happy with the balance of games on the Switch (especially since it complements my PS4 and PC so well), but I have been wishing that more retro SNES / PS1 gen classics would be added. I’d immediately throw money at old JRPG ports like the Final Fantasy games (all of which are on PC, so hypothetically

Maybe...but that also really depends on how far into the mainstream this bad publicity for Sony is reaching. This conversation may be happening among people who read gaming blogs, serious Fortnite / Rocket League players, and a few others, but I’d still guess that’s a small portion of the gaming population. And Xbox’s

I just can’t imagine there’s much potential/risk for Sony to ‘lose’ customers due to crossplay this generation. The PS4 has insanely high market share compared to previous generations, has incredible exclusive games, and at over 80 million units, they’re probably approaching market saturation anyway as most people who

Ryu Hayabusa? Now where have I heard that name before...?
