You give people the freedom to create... and the dicks will follow. Amen.

It just shows how ridicilous are censorship standards are in the US, lol. Can’t let anyone see any feminine nipples or the advertisers might freak out.

Tbh, I think gamers seem to forget how much work goes into making a single character for a game, let alone a full roster. So I’d argue the “random” ommissions are less random, and it’s more like the studio going through the process of weighing the characters they think are most important, for the limited budget they

NRS is like the one studio known for churning out games in record time, so I would imagine by the time they are finished all the previs stuff, and the story is locked in, they’ve already started brainstorming the next game, haha.

Isn’twhips” was older than “slaps” as far as slang goes? Like, I only associate “whips” with Gen X culture.

I feel like they barely even advertised the game at all, lol. If it wasn’t for me coincidently checking Kotaku today, I woudn’t even know it existed.

I think part of the reason Ken is getting this character arc over others, is because in the previous entries, everyone else has already gotten their big character defining moments.

Whereas Ken was always just a successful rich guy. And most of his “story” was a vehicle for Ryu.

His “everything” is so vague, that it’s easy for annoying people to he’s personally speaking to their politics/stances. And then on the other hand, a lot of the things he’s “trolling” are hated by another group of annoying people, so they don’t care as long as the people they hate are inconvinienced in some way.

Which

I actually like that their allowing Ken’s character to fall on hard times directly related to his “playboy” archetype he’s always been known for.

Idk, I think it’s really easy and straightforward. Though maybe that’s because all the people I talk to use discord, so I’m not constantly jumping back and fourth between multiple apps/websites.

Every gamer assumes they are the target audience. But there’s so many opinions on what constitutes as a “full” game, it’s sort of an impossible thing to do right. So I assume most companies go for the routes that appeal to the most people possible.

Which means the “bigger is better” crowd, often gets their way.

I mean there are a lot of people on the right being critical of him. But I don’t think that should be a shocker. A lot of that group are people who actively hate eachother, joining forces because they hate minorities more, lol.

I mean, I feel this way about Fortnite as a whole, haha. It’s too much everything, too much of the time.

But I’m happy for the people who are really into it!

For sure, lol. If you’re whole thing is subverting legal procedure through coercion, there’s a good chance intimidation is a strongsuit.

So there is the monster collection, but it’s opened up to the regular mechanics you see in every other Pokemon game: leveling up/training pokemon, egg hatching, trading, trainer battles(against CPU’s and players), raids, and a couple more community oriented features.

The pvp battles are in-depth enough to also see

People rightfully hated the era of gaming where cinematics told us nothing of value about the game.... but I really miss just vibing out. It made mediocre games more enjoyable, lol.

Exactly, lol. But it’s hard to get that point across to review bombers when a lot of them believe the general public is gullible/dumb.

It’s super annoying, but tbh I think the only reason people review bomb, is because they believe the outlet is a powerful influence in the success of a product.

I’m not an “average” gamer, so I could be wrong. But I just don’t think these review sites or even the Steam storefront review page are that influential for

Well for one “woke” has never had a consistent definition between the people using it with negative connotation. Which is actually a good thing for that base, because it means they can express a feeling, and without ever going into detail, other strangers will assume they are all expressing the same feeling over the

I think it’s more of a conflict with the games design. Going outside isn’t the goal of the game, rather, the game uses going outside as the way to achieve the goal. That goal being various pokemon related activities, lol.

So in that essence, the outdoors was a fun treat, but it’s inclusion wasn’t effectively designed,
