I think the Honda Super Cub is the only vehicle that can come close to the NSX Type R in terms of greatness, albeit for very different reasons. I'm sure the CVCC and Goldwing are great, but are they the greatest? Not a chance.

Next question...

But if you are in Detroit you can live in a mansion for cheaper.

How about passengers who are injured in accidents whilst being in an Uber, who then find out that their is no insurance that they can sue. Uber will, and have, denied they are responsible and the driver is just using his own personal car insurance which will deny all claims because the car was used "for hire", the

It might make sense to add a little context to this article, because things are not quite as cut and dry as the article and the comments suggest. It does stand to reason that the taxi companies (or rather their organization) are worried about competition, but that alone isn't going to convince a judge.

I don't know, we have okay taxi service in Germany. The cars are mostly in great condition and you can order taxis via apps since practically ages. Yes, they are prohibitively expensive and could need some competition on prizes.

This is exactly why Über pisses people off: " Screw the rules "

That's some quality hatin'.

But there are plenty of claims that at the time of the shooting Brown was either retreating or surrendering/holding his ground, and well, that's not self-defense; even if an altercation previously happened, you can't retaliate

I would argue that it still would not be. The officer should not shoot to kill. If he needs to shoot, then shoot the kid in the leg or the arm or anywhere that is nonlethal. One of the main points, to me at least, is that the cop does not have the authority to determine when someone should live or die, and I find it

These are excellent. I've seen lots of the usual, but I saw a guy with a 911 Targa yesterday on 9 Mile in downtown Ferndale and didn't snap it in time.

This is why all gifs should not be banned.

Why not just block all gifs? They aren't usually as clever as the poster thinks, anyway.

It honestly breaks my heart a little bit that this post even needs to exist — but the manner in which this has been handled (or not handled, really) by HQ is pathetic. Not reporting on it feels hypocritical, so here we are.

For what it's worth, I want to apologize to our readers who are forced to interact with these violent gifs regularly. The point of Kinja is to create a better platform for discussion and those discussions CANNOT happen when you're inundated by such traumatizing material. It's this person's goal to shutdown

What bothers me about this is that we don't record IP addresses so as to protect these burner accounts for people who might want to tip us anonymously about a story. So the company is seemingly placing a priority on making these hypothetical tipsters feel safe over the safety of the actual real live women who write
