I have to grudgingly admit I haven't been bit by a bug yet... And my banter seems to work fine. Is the glitch simply that NO banter occurs? Or is it just that it happens infrequently? I maybe here it once an hour or so, maybe more often if I Fast Travel to areas... Should it be more frequent?

Excuse me, Roadkill is the shit. Dirt Every Day is pretty cool too.

Not even a truck choice under "body style." I guess this quiz isn't for V8 S-10s. I'm out.

As a Canadian, I completely avoid the 400-series highways in winter. It has nothing to do with fear, I just know that, statistically, how good a driver I am means nothing if you're in a pack of 80 cars and just one asshole goes too fast, wrecks, and suddenly I'm part of a pileup. I'll stick to the backroads and

The condition is the problem, even the '03s are starting to look pretty awful, at least up here in Canada. I'd love a 4.35-spd '03 with an extended cab, but they're all rotten here now. And the old Colorados are just awful.

This. I so want a modern S-10. The Colorado sure as hell isn't. Just give me an S-10 for christ's sake. An extended cab, a short box, a small fuel efficient V6, and a stick. PLEASE.

I know right!? WTF.

94-96 9C1 with LT1, obv.

My best-ever winter beater was my 1994 9c1 Caprice, with snow tires. You could not kill it, you could not stop it. RWD is superior to FWD in the snow given equal tires, equal weight, and without a ton of horsepower to spin the tires (it had the 4.3.)

As always, I'll ignore the bullshit and media hype and wait for the actual verdict before worrying about it.

I was going to complain you didn't include GM G-Bodies on this list, but I guess they're covered with "Mailaise Era V8s."

Shit, I wish I had pics of it now. 1990 Cavalier, 3.1, with giant "HEMI" badges, skull n crossbones on the back, and a poorly installed HOOD TACH.

I agree with this list. You've have my sword.

I would argue EK Civic, instead....

I was there that weekend as well, though nowhere near Turn 8 when it happened. So much has been done to make The Hump and Turn 8 safe, but when you have an antique that was considered scary to drive even BACK THEN, it's pretty much all in the driver's hands.

I have tried my whole life, unsuccessfully, to replicate a typical greasy spoon grilled cheese at home. In other words, not gourmet food truck grilled cheese, not awful 7-11 grilled cheese, but the kind you get a typical diner with a side of fries and a pickle. I don't know what cheese they use, and what they use to

Tried this for the first time last night. My life is changed forever.

Can't guarantee it. If he's not he sure took an extended vacation.
