You’re right about Haru. It took me until the P5 anime to appreciate her properly and to get a handle on who she was as a character. You spend less time with her in the anime, so yeah they kind of need to give you some more time that includes her before they add Hifumi as a phantom thief.

I like mostly symbolic bills like this sometimes. I wish that when it came time for proposals and legislation that affect the everyday lives of Americans, we could get a lot more unanimity. This bill would have had much more of an impact if we had passed some version of it back in 1945.
