Beg to differ on the Probe. We had an ‘89 GT with a turbo, and it was fast as hell. Comfortable too! The trunk was like a canyon and was unstoppable in the snow.

The ZX2 had some pep once you did a few mods/hacks. It also got great mileage and was practical as long as you didn’t need to get anyone in or out of the back seats.

Option 1. Get the pair, restore the 2 door one, and use the good parts from the woody on your other broken one, scrap, sell or part the rest of the broken one.

My buddie’s 90's Dodge Dakota broke down near a friend’s house. He called me for some reason instead of a tow truck. I show up in my 1990 RX7 vert. We strap a tow strap to the bumper mount and his front tow hook, and I towed him uphill to my friend’s house. The little Rotary that could!

Don’t forget about the ‘89 probe. Those dark bits with the 3 circles were metal plates that screwed to the back of the alloys. The plastic center caps were the real pain, those tangs cracked with age, the color faded. Still looked great going down the road!
