My kid has been going nuts over his Hess trucks lately. They are high quality, can withstand a lot of abuse, and even in used form still a good bargain. Some are motorized and new ones come with batteries. I got trucks, most with companions at a used toy flea market, and he cant get enough!

Yeah that Probe plastic is crap. Mine had the trip computer up there and it had a cover like a bread box that covered the buttons. Well that broke, and finding a replacement was impossible!

My buddy has one of these he restored himself. He lets me drive it on occasion, and man this thing is fun. It is the definition of driving a slow car fast. It is sooo small. We are both taller than 6' and we are crammed in there like tuna in a can, but to the passer-bys we have grins from ear to ear!

It is really cool as an American to see the rare Corvette or Mustang on the Autobahn. Especially when it is in Euro spec. There they can truly stretch  their legs and haul ass!

This was long before they rebuilt the Woody Wilson Bridge. Now traffic in that area is a lot smoother. Just make sure you are in the correct lane!
