It’s safe to bet against EV’s right now.

Because the owners have no idea what they’re driving and assume it must be broken.

It’s a DCT not an automatic. Test drove and rented a few, their fine once you realize its a computer controlled manual not a hydraulic style automatic.

No it’s just a DCT, which is fine for performance cars but most people were expecting something that drove like an automatic in their base focus/fiesta.

If you read the link, 4WD locks the front and rear drive shat at the same speed causing the driveline to bind if you turn on dry pavement but helpful for offroading. AWD will allow them to move at different speeds improving on road manners but it can allow the front or rear to receive 100% of the power, not optimal if

Saw one on a junk yard XJ last year. I thought about grabbing it but it was wet and late. Came back the next day and it was gone...

Modern astro turf is faaarrrr superior to real turf. We had one of the first fields in the state back in the day and hated playing on grass, way more injuries.

You cite Ford but that’s the opposite of what they did. JLR and Volvo were investment black holes for Ford. They were sold to stop the bleeding. 20/20 hindsight they had finally turned around when Tata bought them but that was not apparent at the time.

I prefer what Roush does with that money.

They’re all cast iron so there is no “cheap metal” alternative. Most of what you pay for is branding and quality control. The only true distinction is dry cut machining on truly premium disks (Brembo and above), the theory being machine oil can prevent proper bedding. But I doubt that it plays a role provided you

Yeah, no. The EMP thing is somewhat over hyped. Are you near a high altitude burst in the open? If so your stuff is probably fried. If your somewhere that gets no GPS or cell reception you will be fine.

My brother works as a quality technician at a food oil processing facility. You know who receives the “eh good enough” batches? Small boutique buyers.

So you have no idea if the truck is a steal but you don’t like it so your going to vote CP?
