Anyone charged? Nope. She was an intel weenie that had no idea what she was doing other than sticking it to the man and an attempt to screw those that actually had to fight the war not judge it from a comfy office in Kuwait. Even the most controversial of what was released “Collateral Murder” was justified and

Just to clarify, this IS NOT FORD. This is just another money grab by SAI. Wish the article had been a little more clear about the distinction. It’s a common misconception that Shelby and SAI had anything to do with the GT500/350 other than lend the Shelby name for marketing.

Welcome to SAI, they have been selling overpriced cars just based on a name since Shelby got that licensing agreement with Ford in 2007.

Found your problem.

But they’re not. Those were factory efforts. This is from SAI not Ford. SAI is like Rousch except without the race programs and R&D. They just bank on the Shelby name while reselling Ford Performance parts with questionable body kits at an absurd mark up.

Funny, you’ve put the time and effort into posting this over and over again but haven’t read the homogenization rules for GTE.

Borrowed my in laws base model automatic and was suprised how torquie it actually was. With a turbo and manual I bet it would be a riot. Aside from the engine bay it seemed pretty straightforward to work on as well.

Who said anything about stock? You’re far more willing to blow up a sub 4k beater than void the warranty of a car you have a payment on.

I’m a lightning fan, but in fairness to the SRT 10 they made significant suspension changes compared to a stock 1500. It was far stiffer than its cross town rival and yes they did lower it. Its just a big truck to start with.

I’d rock a turbo or GT woody. SRT4 goodies in a “unique” wrapper would troll the hell out of some modern hot hatches...

Your splitting hairs between various shades of Canadian...

Funny because Ford US fans have been casting longing eyes on that I6 since 2002...

You were a part owner instead, cheers?

The chicken tax is intended to force automakers to build vehicles here. While a trade barrier I don’t think you could reasonably call it a subsidy.

Not really  an apt comparison between Australian subsidies and the US car industry. US manufacturing was/is protected by some trade barriers but they have never been outright subsidised. The closest they came were the bailouts of gm and Chrysler when we bought their debt not payed them to make cars.

No basis in reality, insurance companies only care how likely they are to pay out when determining your rate.

The air wing has a 400 mile range without refueling. The carrier group has no need to enter 99.9% of brown water. The way us ground guys do this is template the bad guys most likely position then draw a red circle around it at the max range of his weapon system. We stay out of the circle until it’s time to kill them,

Diesel subs are slower than the carrier they are trying to kill, which greatly diminishes their usefulness. At best they can be used as an area denial weapon but they still have to guess were a carrier will position itself when the range of its air group is hundreds of miles. In these exercises they will deliberately

Certainly looks better than plastidip, and judging by their current prices a lot of people liked the 90s.

Belts and vests can pinch in the middle if things aren’t adjusted right. It probably bit him once and he took the belt off.
