Right you are. I’ve mostly adjusted to it, but it’s had an undeniably negative effect on the level of activity on the site. It’s really sad that the site has been reduced to this.

I wish this site covered Altered Carbon

The AV Club switching to Kinja has done more to keep people from discussing Netflix shows then anything Netflix has done themselves.  

It is probably the most honest answer. It is easy to comment on this stuff from the outside. I can’t imagine what it would be like to find out my coworker (and possible friend) of 4 or 5 years was accused of sexually assaulting someone.

3) At some point, a person crosses a threshold of awfulness that removes any compunction about mocking them for any reason whatsoever. I was handed a shake in a styrofoam cup yesterday, with a straw. While driving down the road, started to switch hands to put the shake in the center console cup holder.
