Still gonna be 10x better than the underwater shitfest that was Aquaman.

Yeah I really didn’t like the alien shit in the two Avengers films, and Winter Soldier’s groundedness was refreshing as hell in a superhero film. Still, Infinity War has alien villains, and that’s also one of my favorites. I feel like given the right director that the alien shit will turn out good.
Wow. The guy in the thumbnail looks a lot like Forrest Gump!
My phone was being stupid, so I wasn’t able to comment on AV Club for a month. But I’m back!
Yes! Rusty Lake: Roots is probably the best point and click game I’ve ever played. It’s so dark and twisted, it blows my mind that it’s been made. And yes, the last puzzle was bullshit. I’d say definitely the meanest puzzle in the whole series. I had to look up the solution because it made no sense, and it honestly…
How’s this game compare to Just Cause? I thought I’d love Just Cause because of all the mayhem and bullshit, but I hated it. The controls are hard to get used to, and they just feel like shit. The world was super boring too.
He looks like a mascot for a bug exterminator company.
I like how the end credits showed off Black Manta. It acted like he was a cool villain they should have in the sequel. He was a freaking terrible villain though. He looked like a villain in a kid’s TV show that just came to town to do a live show. His dad dying was just a horrendous scene that felt obligatory. He was…
Is one brother typing while the other one is saying what to tweet? Or are they double teaming the keyboard to get it done in half the time?
Di Niro kills it in that film. Just seeing him freak out about the remote control gets me going.
It’s tone is so fucking wild though. All of a sudden it tries to be Thor Ragnarok for one minute, but then it goes back to being whatever the hell it truly is. Every quip feels mandatory and falls on its face. I would agree that it’s more fun than the stuff DC has been pumping out lately, and I actually enjoyed the…
Even better than in the theatre?!
Silver Linings Playbook is a classic to me. I am always in the mood to watch it. So much heart and so damn hilarious. One notable thing is that it’s the only film I’ve seen Chris Tucker in since Rush Hour, and he killed it!
Apex Legends is a great game. They chose from every Battle Royale game available a couple of the best elements and stuck them all into Apex Legends while also adding the special characters. It’s such a team driven game which I love. It is a hard game to win with randoms because it is so damn team driven. The only…
That was a great episode. I love how it linked up with the kid’s letter from the king.
This was a great season for Dragon Prince. I’m on the last episode. At first it was a bit slow and the humor isn’t as great as the first season. But this season is really hitting me hard. Everything that starts to fall a part on the second to last episode really got to me. I’m really surprised by how dark this show…
Yeah I definitely agree. Do you think Deadpool is any bit responsible for how gruesome of a movie Logan is? Because if so, then I tip my hat to Deadpool, which I enjoyed but didn’t love. Logan is one of the best superhero films ever, and if Deadpool was any bit responsible for that film being made, then it definitely…
It’s exactly like that! It is objectively a bad bad movie. Not subjectively. Objectively. Horrible script, terrible acting, and meh CGI make it a laughing stock of a movie. People are acting like this is redemption for DC. Nope, it’s more of the same but just a bit more lighthearted than Zak Snyder’s soul sucking…
Jeez, another delusional Hobbithead over here.
Can’t believe we’ll be talking about Deadpool instead of Civil War. I mean I get it because I understand that Deadpool being rated R and everything is important, but the movie is nowhere near the movie that Civil War is. Civil War fucking rocked my world.
