I really wish you would include some more quotes from the DA’s press conference, as the information presented leaves very little doubt as to why they didn’t press charges. She was clearly pursuing him and gave very little reason to believe that this was an assault.

Why was the quote from the ESPN report changed? “It should State that over the PAST weekend she started recalling images”. That weekend was three weeks after the encounter. In your quote it makes it sound like they hooked up and over the weeknend she recalled some images that were not consensual.
