I’ve got a cheap meat thermometer that’s been working like a champ for 5 years now. Temperature is accurate and basically just as fast as a thermapen at one-tenth the cost.

We recently added an immersion blender and a vegetable spiralizer to our kitchenwares. 10/10 for both. We keep finding surprising places where they come in handy. We got an automatic/power spiralizer, though. Seemed the better adaptive choice for my mother as she gets older.
