With witty replies like this, I bet your presence at parties is also indispensable.

Apparently so. But I SWEAR I will never be able to live with the fact that in Itchy & Scratchy episode 2F09 where Itchy plays Scratchy’s skeleton like a xylophone, he strikes the same rib twice in succession but it clearly makes two different tones. How much more punishment do I have to take?!

You don’t know how right you are.

Is this “article” a joke? It’s clear that it’s taken on-set in Tunisia, so it’s not a “costume test” or anything. In fact, it’s not a costume at all - it’s a R/C prop. I’m not sure what you mean by it being “un-painted.” It looks painted, except for a couple of small panels, which were probably just replaced or

I agree with your sentiment, but Americans are, sadly, party-line voters and not issues voters (Well, maybe ONE issue [abortion], but since that falls on the Pub side, it doesn’t really count.) I find it hard to believe, especially after this past election, that people will carefully weigh the issues and look at

I would like to think this is the case, but no amount of Republican fuckery in the past has diminished them. Not direct anti-Obama fuckery or shutting down the gov’t fuckery...it all gets forgotten. In fact, their numbers have only grown and solidified. People have very short memories, and Pubs have ridiculously-drawn

Alright - I’m on board! Now, who are we talking about????

...quickly.

Thanks for the direct recommendation - I am LOVING this album! Been a huge ambient fan for decades and this feels like a very fresh take on it, in some ways. Love the mix of voices and orchestration. Reminds me a bit of David Byrne’s Music for the Knee Plays.

“...initial stories did not make that leap...” Seriously, this is the best wording they could come up with regarding a statement about this incident?

Hot takes! Hot takes! Get ‘em while they’re hot!

JFC! How about a volume warning on that first video? OMG!!!!!!!

Wow, the ignorance in this comment is astouding. Yes, carrier landings are hard - every one of them. Yes, sometimes planes crash or otherwise force the pilot to eject, but this is a fairly rare occurrence. As of now, it is still cheaper and easier to train qualified pilots to land on carriers (though the lauches are

I don’t get this. Why do you need a celebrity chef to inform you how to clearly and honestly answer a question (a question, btw, that very few people have any right to ask you)?

Love this show, but boy has it slowed down this season to a near-crawl. Please pick it back up with some fun missions!

It’s possible that he “dusters” are used to create a dust cloud to obscure troops/vehicles from the approaching walkers. This is a real tactic used by Marines for beach assaults.

Okay, that pic with the article? Couldn’t they sit somewhere besides the kids’ table? I mean, he’s the Prime Minister of Japan!

We’ll be violating so much you’ll be tired of all the violations...

That was fun as hell. Anything this entertaining to break up a smelly, noisy & boring subway ride is welcome.

He figured why bother with that old wife-finder business when he can  simply leverage his position as Tater-Tot-in-Chief.
