I once did a number (I forget how many exactly, but several sets of 10) of pushups as slooowwwly as possible (basically doing reps and neg-reps) and my arms and entire torso were screaming in agony for weeks. I have not attempted such again, sticking to regular pushups. Should I give the slow-mo workout another shot?
