So basically it’s a remake of 1967's Casino Royale?

Never let it be said USA Gymnastics won’t do the right thing, way too late, when faced with public pressure and demands from their biggest stars.
Growing up I found it really hard to detect “directing” in movies, despite critics calling it out so confidently. I used to just think I wasn’t sensitive or smart enough to pick it up, but now I realize it’s just that there’s no good rubric for directing.
It really depends on the airline and how long the time they have from boarding. If they are gate checking before boarding your luggage is going through the baggage claim process. If you literally check your bag on the skyway then it probably won’t go through baggage claim.
In my experience, gate checking means the bag is waiting on the jet bridge at destination and I don’t have to go to baggage claim.
The breadth of this case blows the Sandusky case out of the water, both in terms of victims and the number of times those victims’ accusations were ignored. This deserves all the attention that the Sandusky got, but it isn’t getting it due to society’s ingrained sexism and homophobia. Apparently men assaulting boys…

Is this the basketball equivalent of “Watch this massive Giancarlo Stanton Home run in a game the Marlins lost 8-2?”
Probably because he knew the Warriors would soon be ahead 89-72. Almost like the warriors outscored the bulls 3-1.
There is in fact very few reasons to ever want to drive to Cicero.

Totally unfair to compare him to Sidney Ponson. The career ERA+ for Jackson is 90, and Ponson’s is only 89.
Even more remarkable is that Edwin Jackson was basically traded straight up for Max Scherzer (!). Now they were both a part of the three way Tigers, Yankees, Diamondbacks Curtis Granderson trade but my recollection is that the rumor was that the Tigers and DBacks had a straight trade lined up for Jackson/ Scherzer and…
I can believe he’s 34. I was in high school when the Dodgers called him up with hype that this 19 year old would be the next Fernando Valenzuela and *fart* he was the next Sidney Ponson.
“And hey remember that time her husband came out against school integration?”
Yes, because if we want to change things for the better we should put the onus on other people and wait for them to improve their act (instead of considering trying to convince them). Nope, nothing wrong with that strategy whatsoever.
He’s the creepy looking one with the beard.
