I have the opposite issue, I burned through 10 characters never getting above lvl 10 in Oblivion before finally settling on a character that I played exclusively.

Oh god this makes me so happy. The only space combat sim I consider better is Freespace and that's only because of how pretty it was (and with mods, fucking gorgeous now).
I dunno, but I'm thinking if we want a realistic silenced weapon, why not just use infrared lasers? The technology for it is getting pretty close as it is. There'll be a mild pop from the air reclaiming the space the laser chewed through, and there might be a capacitor whine or something, but aside from that and a…
Holllllllly shit that game was so great. Quick! Sys32 is infected, shoot that mofo!
hahahah that was a damned satisfying falcon pawnch, but the bestest is that joke at the end 'That read made every english teacher in america happy."
Ahhhhh God I'd love to see a new Shogo, that game was so fun! And F.E.A.R. 1 still has some of the most fun multiplayer combat of any FPS I've played.
I gotta say, if its a return to the older Ravenshield style of gameplay, I'll love it. Some of the best LAN party memories I have are of that game, and the cover system and regen in Vegas just felt wrong to me. On its own as a game, Vegas is fine I think, but it didn't feel like Rainbow Six to me.
I absolutely adored this game. Its not a racial component for me, but I definitely understand being stuck between multiple... I guess philosophies of life? This game definitely resonated with me, I consider it a peak in the open-world-badass-simulator genre
This.
I used to think so until I ran across their method of gathering user ratings for their games. Example: http://www.bit-tech.net/news/gaming/20…
the entire build up to dragon age involved the character creation, so I was expecting a completely different (more elder scrollsy game). I quit and uninstalled the moment it zoomed out to a top-down.
The entire thing reads like an aside in a Charles Stross story to me :P
Honestly, I'd never heard of Sleeping Dogs until right around the time Watch Dogs came out (which I had completely not paid attention to). Seeing a friend play them side by side, I couldn't understand why anyone was raving about Watch Dogs.
Wait wait.. so in between missions I'm playing a retail job soul-crushing simulator? Holy fuck they didn't cancel it fast enough.
Huh? Not so secret? This is literally the first time I've ever heard about its existence.
I played 4 for a bit until constant failure pissed me off. Then they decided to give me 3 for free. I stopped playing that and uninstalled origin after finding out about their rating practices. http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2014-…
Revelation Space is kinda slow and dry, but the series picks up significantly, especially Redemption Ark
Battlefield Hardline has such a stupid fucking premise in the first place. The only way I could get through their limited beta without feeling like a dumbass was assuming Hardline takes place in the hours immediately following the apocalypse. That's the only explanation I could come up with for it to make even the…
I know exactly what you mean, that manufactured loyalty makes my skin crawl.
Holy fuck, she nailed that ISIS issue.
