Steve McNair is clearly the greatest QB of all time
He gave them what they wanted to hear so he got a pass to be the King Of Mediocre Outdated Football
Maybe because he looks like a classic coach.
Peter King shares an agent with him. So that explains that example.
Three QBs have recovered from one year of Jeff Fisher. I imagine five years might destroy a man.
Thing is, most media members LOVED Fisher for over a decade. Never understood it either.
You make a good point, but at the same time who knows. Foles almost quit. Goff was a disaster his rookie season, IIRC Evans actually helped the Titans get to the playoffs his rookie season. Who knows what happens if Evans gets an apparent QB whisperer like McVay. I give it a 50/50 chance that it turns out differently…
Oh, hey Gronk.
Isn’t that what Buck Showalter does in MLB? As I remember he took the Yankees when they were down, then got fired and the team went to the World Series. Then he went to Arizona when the franchise started. got fired and then the team won the Series. If Baltimore fires him now, maybe the O’s will make it.
I totally agree with you that Butler should have been on the field for 90+% of the snaps...no sane reason explains why he didnt see the field on defense. I just didnt think Rowe was terrible either. Maybe Im wrong but PFF seems to think he played relatively well also. I clearly cant fathom why they went 7 deep on DBs…
Who will click the star when it’s stuck on 69? Not me
So, Cleveland? Seems like they’d love 7-9 about now.
Makes you wonder if Vince Young ever had a chance.
So you’re saying the Browns should give him a call, then?
So what you’re saying is that the Bears and Browns should be fighting to the death to bring him in as their HC?
Vince Young belongs in the HOF after winning like 60% of his career starts with this shithead as head coach.
Even Marvin Lewis can’t believe how long Jeff Fisher suckered the league.
Never has a man built a longer career in the NFL doing less than Fisher has.
